1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any QINO Home product, website, or service ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our Services. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.

2. Products

QINO Home designs and sells smart home devices including the Flick smart switch pusher. Product specifications, images, and descriptions on our website are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes where required by law. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. QINO Home reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within India. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. QINO Home is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

You may return any QINO product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping is free for defective products; for all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Warranty

QINO products come with a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the Flick device and its included mounting plate. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact support@qinohome.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the QINO website - including text, graphics, logos, images, and software - is the property of QINO Home, Inc. and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. The QINO name, Flick name, and associated logos are trademarks of QINO Home, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QINO Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or Services. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

9. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
